Description
- Coordinate clinical activities of the Hospice. Ensure the number and qualifications of individuals supervising care and staff is appropriate to the scope of care and services provided by the Agency.
- Performs other related duties as assigned. Position purpose statements are intended to describe the general nature of work to be performed and are not intended to be construed as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities. Management reserves the right to reassign duties as needed. The Clinical Supervisor performs duties in accordance of ! and under the direction/supervision as defined by the Agency's organizational chart.
Qualifications
Education:
Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing who is licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
Experience:
One year Hospice experience.
Licenses/Certificates:
Current California RN License required. CPR card required. Driver's License required. Valid Car Insurance
