The Department Director manages the day-to-day function of his/her department and maintains 24-hour accountability for its function, productivity and quality. The Department Director initiates and ensures the maintenance of performance improvement, departmental customer satisfaction and staff competency, physician and staff satisfaction. BSN with current RN licensure and minimum of 5 years current critical care nursing management/supervisory experience.
