PRACTICE OPPORTUNITY IN NORTHEAST ALABAMA The Medical Center is seeking an experienced Internist to practice in its clinic approximately 13 miles south of the hospital. There will be one physician located there, with the possibility of adding a Nurse Practitioner. Shared call coverage The hospital offers a wide range of services including 24-hour emergency service, an intensive care unit, medical/surgical care; a swing-bed unit, home care and hospice services, general surgery, gastroenterology, and urology. Other services include diagnostic imaging, including x-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound, and nuclear medicine, mammography and rehabilitation including physical, occupational and speech therapy.The medical centeralso offers respiratory care and diagnostic laboratory services.
