The Registered Nurse also is responsible for the direction and supervisions of assigned personnel delivering said patient care. The quality of care given will be in keeping with the philosophy and objectives of the hospital and department of nursing and will maintain and support the standards of nursing care and practice in order to meet the health care needs of the patients, their families and the community. Duties and assignments parallel with demonstrated competencies. Provides age specific care as planned, directed, and supervised by the Department Director.
Responsible to the Department Director or her/his designee.
Responsible to provide safe and effective nursing care to all patients utilizing the nursing process.
Graduate from accredited school of nursing Current RN licensure in the State of Alabama Current BCLS certification Current ACLS certification One year of RN experience preferred
