Performs study audits for quality assurance and prepares necessary ! documents for UAB’s compliance with all governing regulations. Maintains records, data collections and documentation.
Drafts protocols, policies and evaluates those from other sources. May perform general nursing duties. May coordinate and supervise subordinate personnel which would involve hiring, performance evaluation, training, disciplining, and terminations. May be responsible for creating study specific budget activities.
Minimum Qualifications Graduate of a school of nursing program approved and accredited by the Alabama State Board of Nursing and three (3) years of related experience required. Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement. Posting Salary Minimum 45195 Posting Salary Maximum 72312 Employment Status Full Time Benefit Eligible Shifts Day / 1st Shift Licensure / Certifications Currently licensed or licensed by endorsement as a Registered Nurse (RN) by the Alabama Board of Nursing! required.
