Help Desk Analyst Requirements $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
We are specifically seeking candidates in support of our 2 nd , 3 rd and/or weekend shifts
This request for personnel is to! support my client’s Solutions Center Help Desk. The immedia! te request is for analysts to provide technical telephone support for the HCR Manor Care account, a healthcare company having nationwide skilled nursing and assisted living type facilities, the Fairfax County (VA) account, a large E911 Dispatch Center and/or the Wescom account, the developers of PointClickCare software. The contracts are currently staffed with a combination of full time employees and temporary contractor personnel. Additional staff with the same skill sets and at the same rate may be requested as changing requirements dictate.
These positions will require the individuals to provide technical support to clients in the following areas: Win NT, Win 2000, XP, MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, Account Resets & creations, network connectivity, and Printing. The candidate(s) will support all day-to-day Help Desk related activities for the client, or dispatch calls as needed to other analysts, or vendors. The candidate(s) will interface directly with the client in re! solving support issues, or route the call to the next appropriate level of support. They shall stay informed of all changes to the operating systems or software programs that affect clients. The individual(s) will be required to provide technical support for 30 to 40 calls per day. In addition, the analyst(s) must maintain records of correspondence received and responded to. Previous technical experience in an enterprise level environment is highly desired.
This position requires great people skills. The individual must be skilled at listening to clients, capturing issues, and guiding them through issue resolution. The individual must be courteous, well spoken, and not easily shaken. Previous call center experience is a great plus for the position(s). In addition to these requirements that apply to all help desk analysts, knowledge of a healthcare and/or E911 environments and related applications is a plus for the current positions.
Note that we are a 7X24X365 servi! ce operation. As such, prospective analysts must be open to working non! -standard 2 nd , 3 rd and/or weekend shifts.
Note also that prospective analysts must be able to pass a criminal background check.
