Assures excellence in patient care. Maintains professional development and financial discipline for the Diab! etes and Nutrition Center. Provides diabetes and/or nutrition services to the community.
Minimum Qualifications:
Two years of experience in nursing, dietetics, exercise physiology, or social work; including patients with diabetes.
RN - BSN, BS Dietitian, BS Exercise Physiologist, or MSW Social Work.
Certification as a Certified Diabetes Educator
