We are currently seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner for our on-site Healthstat clinic assisting employees with reaching personal health improvement goals. Our positions offer a unique opportunity to be directly involved with improving employee health with a singular commitment to wellness.
Requirements:
- Licensed in the state of Alabama
- Proficient in Phlebotomy
- Able to work independently 2-6 hours per week
- 2+ years of professional clinical experience preferred
- Experience in Urgent Care or Occupational Medicine a plus
- Ability to suture a plu! s
- Develop individu! al healthcare plans to lower health risks
- Diagnose and treat chronic diseases and acute/episodic occurrences
- Refer patients with complex medical problems to a primary physician or specialist
- Approximately 70% disease management and 30% episodic care
