We are seeking full-time Family Nurse Practitioner to work with a RN Health Coach and Medical Assistant in providing care to their employees, spouses, and dependents (ages 12+).We are seeking applicants who have knowledge and experience in primary care, disease management and preventative services such as health coaching to treat and work with this population to achieve their personal health goals.
Additionally, this provider would be responsible for general occupational health services including first treatment of work related injuries, sprains and strains.If you are a FNP with experience in primary care and have an interest in corporate health and wellness, health coaching, and preventative medicine, you should consider a career with Marathon Health.
