We're looking for a reliable and dependable Retention Specialist to join our call center. In this position, you will interact directly with customers to learn about their problems, how we can keep their business and work on securing appointments, sales and referrals.

A persuasive approach, good client connection skills, and a love for sales are all necessary for success as a retention specialist. Finally, a top-notch retention specialist can boost revenue by forging long-term relationships with clients.

Retention Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with consumers to answer inquiries and schedule appointments as needed
  • Increasing sales through analyzing customer behaviour
  • Compiling data and reports on client complaints and feedback
  • Creating client retention tactics based on feedback
  • Developing positive relationships with customers and coworkers
  • Participate in training to learn about customers and improve processes
  • Attend management meetings on a daily and weekly basis
  • Update customer data on the CRM based on conversations and call results

Retention Specialist Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar position
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills
  • Excellent Verbal and written fluency in English
  • Proven track record working with customers in Canada and the United States
  • Strong ability to resolve conflicts
  • Comprehensive understanding of sales and marketing software
  • The ability to stay cool and professional in stressful conditions
  • Advanced interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Patience and empathy with customers and team members
  • Advanced organizing abilities

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

Salary: From $16.00 per hour
