A small hotel in Ubud, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Cook (Full-time)
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef with food preparation and cooking
- Maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and appliances
- Ensure that food preparation areas are clean and sanitary
- Assist with menu planning and recipe development
- Assist with ordering ingredients and supplies
- Handle guest complaints related to food quality
- Maintain records and databases related to kitchen operations
- Organize and maintain kitchen supplies and equipment
- Ensure that all kitchen staff follow proper safety and sanitation procedures
- Maintain daily reports to the Manager
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Fluent in written and verbal English communication
- Proven work experience as a Cook or similar role in a hospitality industry
- High school diploma or degree in a related field
- Solid knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
- Excellent organizational skills and time management skills
- Good work ethic and teamwork attitude
- Able to work well in teams and proactive
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment
- Responsive communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work flexible hours when needed
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rp2,800,000 - Rp3,100,000 per month
