Edwards Lifesciences is looking for a Field Operations Analyst who will support the THV Europe organization by implementing various incentive schemes for the Field Team . Within the Commercial Operations department, the Analyst will be responsible for delivering the results of the different pillars of the incentive scheme, will analyze them and will recommend potential improvements or new designs. Please apply in English. Key Responsibilities Field Teams Incentive Scheme:
Ensure a timely and accurate calculation of the payouts for the Field Teams (quarterly and yearly)
Produce rankings for the President´s club contest and for the attribution of Restricted Stock Units
Develop and improve the dedicated module in Anaplan
Communicate timely and proactively with the key stakeholders (e.g. Commercial Directors, Business Units Directors, Finance, HR) Provider of expertise and excellence:
Produce Sales Incentive Plan statistics, analyses & forecasts
Optimize end to end processes, from the input validation (new Field members, compensation data, actual performance versus target) to the communication of the final quarterly payout to all individual field members
Depending on business needs and evolution of the personal competencies, the Analyst will have the opportunity to take over other analyses and project Education, Experience and Skills Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a related field Fluent English required, any additional language is a plus Excellent MS Excel skills required (Salesforce, PowerBI, Qlik, Tableau and similar is a plus) Great written and verbal communication and interpersonal relationship skills Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and different cultures Willingness to embrace new technologies and challenge status quo Good problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills Team player, customer-oriented Location Vienna
