Job Overview:
FMCG Campaign is responsible for monitoring the end-to-end process of overall FMCG campaigns that will be conducted quarterly. This campaign will consist of Beauty, Health & Beauty, Food & Beverage, and Mother & Baby. Each campaign decision has to follow reliable data & trends.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Co-work with other teams related to conducting competitor's research, creating campaign plans & targets, setting overall timelines, and being fully hands-on with all execution processes
- Monitor a day-to-day campaign that occurs and provide a daily update based on real-time data performance to internal team related
- Provide a post-mortem report of campaigns to evaluate any best practices and others
- Keep on track with any On-Trend campaigns or activations by showcasing other categories aside from FMCG as well as other platforms
- Currently enrolled in any reputable university in Indonesia or abroad
- Proficient in English
- Have internship experience in any E-Commerce, Brand, or Retail related is a plus point
- Understand Data Analytics to involve in any Weekly Report & Post-Mortem updates
- Creative & updated with any trends on TikTok, E-Commerce, and other things
- Have strong ability in negotiation, communication and teamwork
- Always stay agile with any changes
- Able to work 4-5 days per week (min. 6 months). Preferably: On-Site
