About the Role

Joining our Customer Success team, this role will provide dedicated support for client implementation projects – stepping into a Project Manager role at times and in other projects providing support to our internal team. You will have the opportunity to improve our internal processes related to data migration and product configuration. Additionally, you will provide support as needed for our Onboarding & Implementation team - owning your own onboarding projects and supporting our most complex projects.

Responsibilities:


  • Own 3-5 complex, high impact client projects every quarter serving as the internal project manager.

  • Support onboarding and data migration projects by partnering with our Implementation Specialists.

  • Develop additional SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for our most used process steps including data migration procedures.

  • Collaborate with our product and engineering teams, providing feedback on product enhancements and contributing to product roadmap discussions.

  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and offering proactive solutions.

  • Serve as a member of our growing Customer Success team, contributing to overall strategy and working cross functionally to align with business goals.

Qualifications:


  • 3-5 years of project management experience with a preference for additional experience within either a SaaS company or in a Customer Success department REQUIRED.

  • Experience using Excel or Google Sheets: proficient at manipulating and cleaning data sets.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

  • Past experience owning your own projects and ensuring results.

  • Experience developing SOPs/processes and documenting procedures, preferred.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, startup environment

  • Must currently live in the United States
