The main responsibilities of being a barista at Tea Station are to make handcrafted teas and food to the specifications of customers. Some other responsibilities that pertain to the duties of being a barista at Tea Station are: take orders and communicate kindly and patiently with customers, proficiently use the credit card and cash register system, keep a clean working atmosphere by cleaning tea pots, ice machine, shakers, and a general cleanliness of the store’s kitchen, bar area, restroom, and floors, etc. Lastly, the most important aspects that we are looking for within our applicants is a willing attitude to work and the ability to provide fast, efficient, and excellent service to our customers.
