Petrovich Caviar is a B2B caviar specialist located in Gardena, in the south of Los Angeles. Our sister company Savory Gourmet is one of the main importers and distributors of top-quality food products in southern California.
We source caviar directly from the farms and we work nationwide with luxury hotels, restaurants, and caterers since 1998. In this position, we are looking for someone who can both help process orders and pack them to order. The ideal candidate would have both food handling and computer/data entry experience. Position Summary:
- Responsible for caviar reception: making sure we have all the necessary documents.

- Responsible for entering and processing caviar orders in our system
- Responsible for repacking caviar following our SQF and safety standards.
- Responsible for entering information into our traceability database.
- May have to make last-minute deliveries for some key customers.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures.
- Fill in for other warehouse employees as needed.
Requirements
- US work authorization (Required)
- High school or equivalent (Required)
- Gourmet Food industry: 2 years (Preferred)
- Food Handling Experience: 2 years (Required)
- Comfortable with Excel (Required)
- Data entry skills (Preferred)
- Share our passion for gourmet food
- Drivers license (Required)
- In person position in Gardena, CA
- Hours will be 10:00-6:30pm, training will be 9:00-5:30pm

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
