IT Systems Manager


 

My AIM Health is looking for an IT Manager to join our team at our headquarters in Chandler, AZ . This position is responsible for the management of IT resources and systems, including project management, resource planning, and organization of resources to ensure efficient and effective IT operations.

The Advantage Integrated Medical (My AIM Health) Network is a multi-disciplinary healthcare practice focused on expanding outpatient services for cutting edge non-surgical and minimally invasive treatments. We are rapidly expanding our Arizona and Texas markets with a focus on Endovascular Interventional Radiology and Podiatry Services. In the last 4 years we have grown to over 100 employees and built a robust development team to accommodate and manage our fast expansion effort.

Cutting edge treatments from our Interventional Radiology Physicians include Atherectomy and Embolization. Atherectomies function to revascularize lower extremities and prevent amputations of feet or toes for patients that suffer from peripheral artery disease. Embolization Interventions patients avoid major surgeries such as Total Knee Replacement, Shoulder Replacement, Prostatectomy (men), Hysterectomy (women), Hemorrhoidectomy, Plantar Fasciitis Surgery, and more.

AIM also provides the best Foot & Ankle Care from our Podiatry Team by using the latest medical procedures to treat a range of podiatry medical conditions and issues. This allows our patients faster recovery time and great comfort. AIM uses state of the art equipment and procedures to provide the best in patient outcomes and care.

Certifications/Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a closely related field; or equivalent experience

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Potential periods of standing and bending
  • Must be able to list up to 25 pounds at a time

Overview:

The IT Systems Manager is responsible for IT management and networking support for our various locations. This position will be involved in unique challenges, working with others, and problem-solving at a variety of levels of complexity.

The goal is to ensure the company’s operations will be running smoothly, effectively, and accurately to deliver maximum value to the organization and assistance to our staff along with internal and external customers.

Job Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of database, network administration, or system administration experience
  • System administration and IT certifications in Microsoft, or other network related fields are preferred
  • Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols
  • Experience with Office 365 administration
  • Experience with EMR systems
  • Experience with Apple Business and MDM integration
  • Experience with iPhone management systems
  • Must be able to work independently in a changing environment and oversee multi-location networking
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, including having patience when dealing with staff and clients
  • Project management skills to deliver projects on time and on budget
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and priority tasks based on importance

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Manage all computers within the company and assist with installing hardware and software to meet staff needs
  • Maintain security through updates, patches, and proper permissions
  • Manage Office 365 and VoIP Systems to keep our offices connected
  • Handle networking, file server, and internet capabilities at all locations using standardized equipment and processes
  • Apple Business Systems Management, Configuration and Upkeep
  • iPhone MDM system configuration and upkeep
  • iPhone MDM profile creation and deployment upkeep
  • Vendor relationship and maintenance
  • Trouble Ticket system management
  • Batch Script creation and implementation
  • Be the primary support conduit between staff and our medical system provider
  • Help develop and manage annual reporting and compliance needs related to IT systems and security
  • Work with management to identify and implement new systems and improve processes
  • Monitor systems to spot potential trouble
  • Problem-solve malfunctions and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Train staff on the use of new technology and offer support as needed
  • Any other duties or projects assigned

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
