Current USA nursing license and over 9 year’s experience in an a! dvanced administrative role IN A UNIVERSITY TEACHING HOSPITAL. The name of this position for this particular contract is "Nurse Practice Leader/Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) ".
Length of contract preferred - 3 to 5 years. You would be under contract with a major USA hospital corporation who has joined with the Kuwait Ministry of Health to bring four Kuwait Hospitals up to JCAHO International Standards (JCI) within a five year period. Excellent English, written and verbal skills required. Arabic a plus but not required.
Reports to the Executive Director or Clinical Quality and Nursing and the hospital Senior Project Manager/CEO. This individual provides oversight and consultation for nursing care delivered by the hospital nursing services. In addition, this position advises counterpart in fiscal planning and management, development of short and long term goals for nursing services â€" management of nursing personnel â€" and leads the formulation and implement! ation of unit objectives for the Nursing Department.
