JOB SUMMARY
To provide direct nursing care after evaluating the patient. To educate patients and families regarding medical conditions as requested. To administer treatment an! d to keep records of symptoms and progress to provide quality care.
Nonexempt (Hourly - Eligible for overtime)
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Work experience may NOT substitute for minimum education requirement.
One Year Experience as an RN Required for Flexi Nurses.
Registered Nurse who is a graduate from an accredited School of Nursing or a Registered Nurse currently enrolled in an accredited Accelerated Master’s in Nursing Pathway degree program.
CERTIFICATIONS
Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Alabama
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) required
KSA Knowledge and clinical competence in nursing care, knowledge and skills
KSA Knowledge and experience in healthcare
KSA Interpersonal skills
KSA Ability to multi-task
KSA Ability to problem-solve
