Discipline - Select All That Apply Administration
General Management

• Must be a Licensed Administrator and currently licensed by the State or completed an EDIT program and waiting to take the licensure exam
• Bachelors Degree or appropriate education to meet State licensure requirements, and at a level necessary to accomplish the job
• Completion of a Company EDIT Program and/or prior experience as an Administrator or an Assistant Administrator
• Must possess basic computer skills, including email use
• Must be able to travel, including overnight stays
• Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance

Preferred Qualifications * Must have the ability to complete multiple projects

• Capable of working with minimal supervision
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality regarding patient and company proprietary information
• Must be able to relate posi! tively and favorably to residents, families and government regulators, and to work cooperatively with other employees at all levels
