Ambient Healthcare is an accredited full-service home infusion therapy pharmacy and nursing provider with 14 locations in AL, GA, SC and FL. We provide home infusion therapy and nursing to patients in the home setting o! r other selected health care sites. Our patients benefit from a well coordinated clinical team approach toward health care.
Responsibilities include:
Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
Monitor, record and report symptoms and changes in patients' conditions
Record Patients' medical information and vital signs
Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions
Consult and coordinate with health care team members to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans
Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess patient's condition
Monitor all aspects of patient care, including diet and physical activity

Associates Degree, Diploma in Nursing or the equivalent
A minimum of two years clinical experience in area of specialty including infusion therapy in the acute/home care setting within the last 2 years
Active R.N. license in Alabama
Curren! t CPR card
Excellent organization, problem solving, decisi! on making and communication
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Physical demands of this job include standing, walking, sitting, talking, hearing, and use of office equipment. Driving is required.
Hours 12noon to 8p
