Our Nursing Home Client South of Birmingham, AL is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator for oversight of a average sized facility handling everyday management of operati! onal processes.
Must be a seasoned professional of 5 or more years working experience, with a proven track record of delivering results that exceed expectations for census/mix, survey, PPD, and budget targets.
NHA Candidates will have success with Staffing, physician relations, strategic planning, and community relations and be able to financially manage operations and coordinate personnel as well as review therapy productivity.
Must have solid working knowledge of Compliance issues, including State & Federal Regulations for Skilled Nursing Facility Nursing and Operations Management, maintain respectable survey history, achieve budgetary goals.
Qualifications: Degree Preferred and have proven track record with strong census management, financial analysis, and positive survey results; must be currently licensed as NHA and in good standing in AL or eligible for same.
