Clinic Nurse - Team Leader

The Clinic Nurse Team Leader is responsible for provision and management of patient care in a clinical area for specific age and patient populations. The Clinic Nurse Team Leader delivers care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation; and effectively interacts with patient, significant others, and other health team members while maintaining standards of professional nursing.
Position Requirements
Required: Degree from an accredited school of professional n! ursing. A minimum of three years clinical experience. Must hav! e good written and verbal communication skills along with excellent customer service skills.Must: (1) enter 4,000 keystrokes per hour; (2) possess basic knowledge of PC applications, software, and database management
Preferred: At least one year experience in a charge or team lead role.
LICENSE, CERTIFICATION AND/OR REGISTRATION:
Required: Current Alabama RN license. Current CPR certification or must be obtained within 30 days of employment and ACLS within 6 months of employment.
