Admin/Data Analyst [Bahrain]


 

we are looking for a Bahraini Admin/Data Analyst.

The following are the tasks and responsibilities required for the role

  • Responsible for a variety of tasks and duties, including receiving, consolidating, analyzing, and distributing daily reports from all divisions.
  • preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports as needed in a timely manner, as well as consolidating management reports for the manager.
  • performing various executive duties, office administration, and data analysis, updating and preparing all KPIs.
  • identifying and analyzing issues, and devising corrective actions.
  • monitor and analyze the consumption of supplies
  • maintain a report of minimum and maximum limits, and review processes and policies to ensure they are up-to-date and uploaded on the system.
  • conducting process audits, monthly audits on all files, records, and file registers.
  • receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • managing all tasks related to fleet management, maintaining staff asset records, and performing operational functions in case of absenteeism.
  • assist in day-to-day duties and complete other tasks and responsibilities requested by the supervisor or manager on a periodic basis.
