Qualification:

Job purpose:

  • The position will help the organization in retaining is current customer and also help in expanding its customer base
  • The position will help in getting a feedback and also help organization in improving its services to satisfy customer.
  • The main purpose of this position is to attract more customers, increase its customer base and build an effective CRM with the customers.
  • The position will help the company in running its daily operations to fulfill the customer's requirements smoothly.

Duties And Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and Key Performance Indicators.
  • Responsible for initiating sales calls to prospective or current clients.
  • Responsible for operational documentations.
  • Prospect for leads and perform heavy cold-calling to build a pipeline of businesses.
  • Supervise accounts daily to retain existing relationship.
  • Responsible for price and service negotiation with customers and carriers.
  • Responsible for creating sales goals to aid in achieving targets.
  • Uphold rapport with clients and prospects.
  • Nurture new sales leads to secure business.
  • Responsible for offering quotes to current and prospective clients.
  • Responsible for supervising shipments until delivery completed to guarantee smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Carry out research to identify companies not currently doing business with the organization.
  • Build relationship and sell to clients through phone or one-on-one.
  • Win, retain and develop medium-sized Business Customers through sales "hunting" activity, correctly assessing the prospective account as Profitable, Significant or Strategic in order to secure winning bids.
  • Build rapport and trust with customers by being informed about customer’s business and the market and support customer retention through collaboration with all resources including our Product teams, Trade Lane Managers, other sales channels, and local Station Management.
  • Recommend solutions based on customer needs by using industry knowledge.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From Rs25,000.00 per month
