Shade Hotel Manhattan Beach is seeking a sharp, warm and charismatic Front Desk Supervisor.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $24.00 per hour

  • 8 hour shift
  • Primarily PM shifts, with availability for daytime shifts

  • Supervising experience: 1 year (Required)
  • Front desk: 2 years (Required)

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Lead the front office during the busiest periods with greeting and registering guests upon arrival and departure, as well as attending to all of their reception, concierge, luggage and cashiering requirements during their stay. Ensure that the highest standard of guest care and service is met at all times.

HOURS: 40 hours a week. Ability and willingness to work any shifts as business volume dictates weekly schedule.

  • Prior hotel front desk or supervisor experience required. Boutique hotel property experience a plus.
