As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging social media campaigns, producing captivating content, and interacting with our online community. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive patient engagement.
  • Create compelling and visually appealing content, including videos, blog posts, and social media graphics.
  • Manage and curate content calendars for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Yelp.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews across social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to plan and organize webinars and online events to educate and engage our target audience.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to ensure the clinic maintains a strong online presence.
  • Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation, preferably in the healthcare or wellness industry.
  • Proficient in using various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Yelp.
  • Strong knowledge of video editing software and the ability to create engaging videos.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of brand voice.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools and an eye for creating visually appealing content.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with webinar platforms and the ability to coordinate and organize online events.
  • Understanding of fertility-related topics and sensitivity towards patient privacy and confidentiality.
