Job Summary:
The Trade Operations Representative is responsible for ensuring all of our clients daily trade rejects are researched with the mutual fund companies. Another key component to this role is working with clients to ensure any trade questions/issues are researched and resolved.
The scheduled hours of work for this position are 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. EST.

Job Location: Pittsburgh, PA Hybrid or Remote
Responsibilities:
- Daily monitoring of internal systems to ensure all trades are being routed and executed properly.
- Work with mutual fund companies and firms clients to ensure any trade rejects are resolved to the clients satisfaction.
- Process and verify corporate actions on client accounts.
- Provide research assistance to account administrators and relationship managers.
- Work with mutual fund companies to ensure new accounts are setup correctly.
- Monitor internal systems and reports to ensure all scheduled tasks have successfully processed.
- Other duties as required in order to provide our clients with the support and the tools they need
Skills & Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelors degree or comparable experience desired
- Ability to multi-task and work independently.
- Familiarity with mutual funds and/or mutual fund accounting.
- Strong with analytical thinking and problem solving.
Salary: $20.00 - $29.00
