Calioh Coffee is a thriving coffee hub that's redefining the coffee scene. With our newly opened café and rapidly growing demand, we're on the hunt for a skilled Coffee Roaster to help us meet and exceed our customers' high expectations.
Responsibilities:
Expertly roast coffee using a drum roaster. Our machine is a Giesen W6.
Utilize Cropster software for precise roasting and data management.
Oversee commercial production to meet escalating demand.
Source and procure top-notch green coffee beans.
Perform quality evaluations from green to post-roasting stages.
Conduct cupping sessions to ensure exceptional flavor profiles.
Collaborate with our team to ensure consistency and excellence.
Qualifications:
Proven experience with Cropster and drum roasting.
Background in commercial coffee production.
Experience in green coffee procurement.
Proficient in quality assurance techniques.
Expertise in evaluating coffee from green to post-roasting.
Ability to conduct precise cupping sessions.
Passion for and deep knowledge of specialty coffee.
