Licensed Practical Nurse
Location: Birmingham Alabama
Description: UA Health Services Foundation (UAHSF/TKC) is employing Licensed Practical Nurse right now, this position will be placed in Alabama. Responsible under the direction of a Clinic Nurse to provide direct and indirect patient care in a clinical area for specific age and patient populations. Practices within t! he scope of the LPN licensure.
Position Requirements
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Required: Degree from an accredited school of practical nursing.
Must: (1) enter 4,000 keystrokes per hour; (2) possess basic knowledge of PC applications, software, and database management.
Preferred: Previous cardiology experience desired.
LICENSE, CERTIFICATION AND/OR REGISTRATION:
Required: Current Alabama LPN license. Current CPR certification or must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
