CRM Assistant (Work From Home) [Philippines]

The Role:

  • Manage funnels (i.e. create deals, update status, create tasks, etc.)
  • Upload, organize, and update leads or other data into the CRM
  • Pull missing data from online sources and enter into CRM
  • QC existing data and flag missing data elements as needed
  • Templated reporting and dashboarding within CRM
  • Assist with the creation of various CRM automation as needed

The Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience with CRM data management and automations
  • 1+ years with Affinity CRM
  • Experience with list management (forms and objects) and cleaning
  • Basic-intermediate Google Sheets experience for data pulls / uploads
  • Experience with marketing automation (sequences, workflows, reporting)
  • Ability to work EST

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with slack or similar chat tool for team communication

Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
