The Role:
- Manage funnels (i.e. create deals, update status, create tasks, etc.)
- Upload, organize, and update leads or other data into the CRM
- Pull missing data from online sources and enter into CRM
- QC existing data and flag missing data elements as needed
- Templated reporting and dashboarding within CRM
- Assist with the creation of various CRM automation as needed
The Requirements:
- 2+ years experience with CRM data management and automations
- 1+ years with Affinity CRM
- Experience with list management (forms and objects) and cleaning
- Basic-intermediate Google Sheets experience for data pulls / uploads
- Experience with marketing automation (sequences, workflows, reporting)
- Ability to work EST
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with slack or similar chat tool for team communication
