At the Caribe Royale, we are extremely excited about the expansion of the Grand Caribe Convention Center, the complete renovation of all 1,335 suites and villas, and a new lobby creating a new “arrival experience”. Job Responsibilities:

  • Create and process outlet requisitions and transfers generated in Adaco
  • Audit and correct outlet requisitions and transfers
  • Compare purchase orders with invoices and verify receiving quantities and amounts
  • Verifying correct invoice payment and vendor information
  • Process and receive invoices from purchase orders to update inventories
  • Prepare invoices for Accounts Payable
  • Complete any additional responsibilities given by management.

Job Qualifications:

  • Must be a team player
  • Strong communication skills are required
  • Must be available on weekends and holidays
  • Frequent bending, lifting, and carrying
  • The ideal candidate is friendly, courteous, and always smiling
