Title: Purchasing and Receiving Clerk

Job Responsibilities:
- Create and process outlet requisitions and transfers generated in Adaco
- Audit and correct outlet requisitions and transfers
- Compare purchase orders with invoices and verify receiving quantities and amounts
- Verifying correct invoice payment and vendor information
- Process and receive invoices from purchase orders to update inventories
- Prepare invoices for Accounts Payable
- Complete any additional responsibilities given by management.
Job Qualifications:
- Must be a team player
- Strong communication skills are required
- Must be available on weekends and holidays
- Frequent bending, lifting, and carrying
- The ideal candidate is friendly, courteous, and always smiling
