Your Day to Day

As a Sales Coordinator, you will provide support to the Sales team from administrative, customer service, and sales lead development perspectives to develop future and repeat business for the hotel. You will perform general administrative tasks including but not limited to the preparation of sales-related documents throughout the sales process including proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders. You will promote awareness of brand image internally and externally. You will gather materials and assemble information packages. You will also respond to guest queries about the property and the facilities/services available. Additionally, you will serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests.

What We Need From You

Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for:

  • Similar experience in a luxury hotel and/or resort
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Additional language is an added advantage
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proactive approach to meet deadlines and targets
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multitask
