Virtual Assistant [South Africa]


 

Role and Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner on behalf of clients as a virtual PA. This involves taking caller details and messages regarding various enquiries, requests and appointments in an efficient manner.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Customer-facing client representation. As the voice of the company, you’ll be required to provide an engaging, positive, vibrant, and extraordinary customer experience.
  • Investigate and resolve customer queries. This will include assisting customers who may have receive their orders late, have received the wrong product or have received faulty products whist ensuring timely solutions
  • Ownership of any escalated issues regarding delivery or collection, following up with the customer and logistic partners to ensure a fast resolution.
  • Critical and solution-oriented thinking.
  • Highly organized with great attention to detail.
  • Providing pro-active solutions

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • · Mathematics
  • · Minimum of 2 years’ working experience as Customer Aftercare Agent or similar position.

Preferred Skills

  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Punctuality
  • Computer literate
  • Ability to follow procedures and regulations
  • Ability to remain calm in stressful situations
  • Ability to take instruction and feedback with a view towards continuous improvement
  • Strong administrative, organizational and multitasking skills
  • Experience working under pressure and to targets

About the Position:

  • · Hours of work: 9 to 7
  • · Salary: R 7000 to R 9000 (Depending on skills and experience)
  • · Position: Full time / Permanent
  • · Position Location: Houghton, Johannesburg Gauteng
  • Office Based
