As the Branch Manager for hospice you will oversee clinical team, programs, documentation and ensure regulatory compliance. You will be supported by a seasoned office team including: Clinical Supervisors, intake, coder, scheduler, and RN team leaders to maximize success.
Registered Nurse with at least five (5) years of clinical experience, preferably in hospice/ home health.
At least one year of management/leadership
Knowledge of area hospitals, skilled nursing/rehab facilities including casemanagement and discharge planning needs
Strong knowledge of government regulations, CMS/Medicare coverage requirements/guidelines for hospice care
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills and ability to communicate with all employees within an organization, as well as referr! al sources and healthcare professionals.
Strong commu! nication skills, reporting and presentation skills
Team player, flexible, detail oriented
