Job Description:
The Production Coordinator will play a critical role in our operations, ensuring a seamless transition of orders from sales to production, and ultimately to delivery. Key responsibilities will include: - Overseeing all stages of production, from the point an order is placed, through to delivery - Ensuring orders are completed on time and meet our high-quality standards - Implementing and maintaining quality control measures - Facilitating communication between the sales team and production departments - Problem-solving to address and prevent delays or issues in the production process - Responsible for data entry on our ERP system related to production and order management
Qualifications: -
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (preferred) - Experience in a similar role in the furniture industry or a manufacturing industry (required) - Basic data entry or ERP experience (required) - Strong understanding of furniture production processes Soft Skills: - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Strong leadership and team management skills

Salary: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
