CGP Recruitment Thailand partners exclusively with a global supplier of advanced repairs and services for gas turbines used in aviation and land-based applications and repairs in Thailand (MNC) to search for the Senior System Engineer position.
This is a golden job opportunity for those who has solid skills and background to possesses quality customer service and strong communication skills. This role will provide development and technical assistance with the design, implementation, and administration of an IT helpdesk system.
What you will be doing:
- Collaborate with the Helpdesk Manager to design and implement IT helpdesk systems, including ticket request types, workflows, and other assignments as directed.
- Work with the product support team to resolve any issues that arise during and after implementation.
- Use basic programming or scripting to customize the IT helpdesk system as needed.
- Leverage APIs to integrate the IT helpdesk system with existing products such as inventory or monitoring tools.
- Maintain documentation of technical maintenance procedures for the IT helpdesk system.
- Provide the highest possible level of customer service to all internal and external customers.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Highly skilled IT professional with a strong technical skillset, including expertise in Windows and Linux operating systems, virtualization, and networking.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Python, Java, or C#
- Experience creating API integrations and using IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT system administration and development.
- Fluency in Business Level English communication skill.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Able to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Highly skilled IT professional with a passion for innovation and a desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
