The Nurse Manager will assist the Administrator/Director of Nursing with directing the activities of agency clinical operations at the branch level to ensur! e quality services are provided consistent with professional standards and goals of the Agency.
Qualifications
Current Alabama RN License
Minimum of two years RN experience and one year of acute care experience in a hospital setting that requires physical assessment
Minimum of one year supervisory experience
Strong organizational leadership skills
Working knowledge of state statutes and Medicare guidelines for Home Health
