A clinically exceptional Ambulatory Surgery Center in Southwestern Alabama is actively seeking an OR Supervisor to provide leadership to its on-site, surgery center.
The Surgery Supervisor will direct all clinical staff at this stand-alone Surgery Center. The ASC Supervisor will oversee approximately 20 clinical surgery staff. Key responsibilities include: managing patient care services, proactively assuring leadership coverage, and assisting the Director of Nursing with department planning and policy revision.
The Surgery ! Supervisor will be hands on and oversee a busy center that pro! vides surgical services to the diverse community with a heavy focus on general surgeries including GI, ENT, Ophthalmologic, and Orthopedic procedures. Patients are seen in state-of-the-art surgical suites with the latest in technology to ensure a safe environment and Joint Commission/OSHA standards are met. The Supervisor of ASC Surgery will collaborate with reputable Surgeons and report directly to the Director of Nursing.
This Ambulatory Surgery Center is located in a beautiful city of Southwestern Alabama and has been providing high quality patient care to the surrounding communities for over 5 years. This ASC performs 1500 cases per month.
